Cons

You are not vested in your 401K for at least two years. Also, keep in mind as a gov contractor your pay is tied to the contract and if you are working primarily with the gov they are your co-workers as much as Mantech. ManTech cannot control the people on the government side.

Promoted several times over two decades of service. Received excellent financial compensation Unlimited training opportunities. Good for professional growth from internship to sr management.

Cons

It is a big company and somewhat impersonal. Doesn't quite have that family, close knit vibe to it.
