Great benefits and fair pay Flexible schedules Extremely smart, capable and experienced teammates

Cons

Everything happens at HQ and GSUs don't have the same opportunities to train and promote. Engagement activities at HQ are amazing (trips, big events, employee's welcome packages and prizes) but the GSUs have less than decent ones. Barely any female in management positions, especially in the GSUs. Most of us are just a number that are contractually required making your opportunities to grow very difficult. Managers promise to do everything you want when you tell them that you are leaving the company and nothing happens after. Due to that is very hard to develop trust and commitment to the team and the company.

No Better Employer Than ManTech!

Unprecedently the best company I have ever worked with! ManTech has been in business since 1968 and continues to empower the nation by winning new opportunities and providing quality services. I have 19 years of federal contracting experience flexed between 7 different big name companies and by far ManTech has been the best fit. From the top down, each department plays a key role in showing me that they value me as an employee and a key member of the organization. Professional mentorship from senior leadership is unmatched, compensation and benefits are rewarding an have exceed all of my previous employers. Learning and educational opportunities are available and of course ManTech takes great pride in promoting career enablement to help employees become a lifelong ManTech team members. I look forward to my continued growth with ManTech and know the options and opportunities are endless as they have several connections to multiple critical federal contracts. If you're in need of feeling relevant at work everyday with flexibility, then join the ManTech team!

Lots of Opportunity, but Overworked & Unappreciated

Plenty of opportunity for growth and decent benefits package; however...

Cons

I am a minority female and my deputy was a white male. He had a fraction of my responsibilities and worked half the number of hours as me; however, we were compensated exactly the SAME. Despite unfair compensation, I was very passionate about my work and the customers I supported. My priority was the customer, always. Plenty of opportunity for growth; however, it was primarily due to high turnover rate. I was happy with my role itself, but I was often overworked. When an external growth opportunity presented itself, my ManTech leadership made it a priority to let the door hit me on the way out. I was treated completely different when I expressed that I would be taking a different opportunity.
