Pros
Work can be interesting. Most individuals are nice to work with. Grad scheme allows for trying different departments and types of role.
Cons
Grad scheme pays lower than other comparable companies. Grad placement rating and pay rises are entirely dependent on the department (people in one department can be doing more than those in another but receive less pay rise). Despite expectation of grads spending ~30% time on extras beyond the day job, there's no recognition for this in reviews. Some managers shouldn't be managing. Grads pushed to be on site even when the rest of the team WFH - not the balance that's advertised.
