* Hugely political
* They like to show the outside world they have great benefits but it's a farce. The main benefits system isn't exactly a good deal. It's one where you have to sign up to another company to get a discount, but that discount still end's up with you paying more than if you went online!
* They give monetary rewards but the process to be paid back through expenses ruins it.
* They put the wrong people in jobs
* They don't get the bad eggs out. Some of the senior staff are so rude and arrogant yet instead of being spoken to, they just get pushed sideways until they retire and let the minions put up with the tantrums and rudeness.
* The good staff are promised things that can't be delivered, like promotion
* They have a ridiculous wage rise scheme. They say it is based on performance.... but what they don't say is that each department is limited to the number of people they can put into the good/excellent categories. So you could have out performed your colleagues tenfold but it will be 'sorry, there was no quota left'
* Some managers can't manage an email inbox let alone people.
* They have actually told employees that no one is trusted... that's why it took a pandemic to pull them into the modern era .
* Senior staff love working from home, going for runs during the day and walking the dog...but if a lower grade person wants to do the same..oh no, that's not on, they should be working!
