Excellent company and a wonderful place to work

My team and leadership (all the way up to executives) are very supportive whilst happy to delegate without micro management The company all pulls together to deliver for the customer Good work/life balance and genuinely understands that life is the priority Lots of training and opportunities to move around the company Many of the employees (inc. myself) earn internal promotions

Cons

You have to be comfortable with the product Lack of consistency in ways of working between projects There is not great diversity of employees - something I know the company takes seriously but needs to do a lot more

- Flexible working arrangements that support a good work-life balance. Supportive of families. - The companies' values and behaviours are not just words, they are genuinely embedded in day to day work, and performance reviews. - A great team environment where everyone collaborates towards the success of projects. - Colleagues actively champion each others successes; there is a culture of wanting both individual and team success. - Excellent on site facilities, including a restaurant, cafe and gym. Campus style working environment which makes coming into the office fun. - An inclusive and supportive culture, excellent women's programmes that make it a great place for women to grow their careers.

Cons

The company is expanding at a rapid rate, which can sometimes create growing pains and evolving processes/improvement programmes.
