- Have worked here for 13 years, lots of positive change for staff: welfare, pay, support, training, diversity, site facilities, investment etc - Long term prospects of company allows a significant career for as long as you want it - Structured probation period of 6 months with a view for new joiners to succeed not fail - Promotion opportunities, as well as CPD, training and personal / professional growth - Work hard, play hard
