Reputation and integrity, we live our values and behaviours are important. People are brilliant, open, willing to help, intelligent. Work is fast and interesting, you have autonomy and can take ownership. Majority of roles have flexibility around when, where and how you work to get the best out of people at work at personal life. Good reward and benefits Period of growth with opportunities to develop and progress.

Many manufacturing and BMS process are broken and in my opinion make a farce of our integrity value.
