Work content is extremely fulfilling with involvement of a wide range of technologies, business and engineering disciplines and across the whole product life cycle. Mobility within the organisation is also a strength so if you fancy a career direction change you can do it within the Company. The canteen and gym facilities on site are great and there are a wide range of clubs and events outside of work.
Cons
It’s a complex organisational structure which can take time to really understand who your network, key stakeholders and interfaces are.
