Pros

Excellent place to work from a people and culture perspective. Vast majority of people are very approachable and willing to help where they can. Work flexibility in terms of when and how you work is incredible and also plenty of opportunities to move around the company / projects. Benefits package is also very strong. Huge orderbook means job security is very high.

Cons

Significant growth in recent years means some process and tools need embedding to ensure consistency as well as improvements to efficiency. Can be a lack of appreciation of other teams and their roles in achieving the overall company outcome although I have seen this is other big companies too.

Caring employer Inclusive atmosphere Interesting, cutting edge work Flexible/home working available (depending on role) Good opportunities to develop (both technically and professionally) Being an international company, there are opportunities for international working.

Cons

Due to nature of products and the defence industry, progress can be slow compared to commercial companies.
