Friendly and knowledgeable colleagues who don't hesitate to help, modern workspace environment /facilities, good benefits/working hours and exciting projects

Cons

Not much to be honest, traffic around the site can be an issue at times but that can happen anywhere, catering facilities can be too busy sometimes

Great work-life balance. Good opportunities for progression. Good office culture, every one is very down to Earth and helpful. Flexibility around working hours and opportunities to work from home.

Cons

Due to being a large defence organisation, there is a lot of bureaucracy involved to make seemingly small changes and to do trivial things. Slow to upgrade monitors, desktops, etc.
