Pros

Very welcoming company with lots of employee benefits, including onsite gym, subsidised restaurant/cafe.

Cons

Security precautions make it very difficult to access required sites/software which makes on-boarding for new starters a very slow process.

Pros

Nice hybrid working system. Work on site 2/3 days a week and then work from home the rest of the week. Colleagues are all lovely and they give a lot of time towards your induction.

Cons

Nothing bad to say so far.
