      Pros

      Atmosphere among colleagues whether working directly together or not. the trust given to me from day one of my employment with MBDA allowed me to focus on the job and settling in rather than feeling as though I am in probation. There is a real expectation of the company that, with support of your management team you carve your own career.

      Cons

      Out of the companies hands, but the time taken for work permits and visas to be granted.
