The community and team spirit that exists within functions and Projects. The benefits the Company offer, which include subsidised catering, flexible working, performance related bonuses etc The variety of activity and roles, having worked here for two decades, i have never been bored, and always see new things. The Company are committed to development, and the opportunities for progression are excellent.

Everyone is really taken care of here, there is a lot of emphasis on employee work/life balance which is really good if you have a family and lots of things to juggle! Great on site facilities and a real feeling that you can develop within the company rather than having to move.
