Pros

Pros is just you can grow (very slowly) in the company.

Cons

Is not health and safaty place, I worked in the stockroom and it is in basement 1. Is without windows, without air cond. , any fan and is very hot place. in the ground floor is without air cond. and is 30°, obviously all managment team is in first floor, the only place with air cond. When we received delivery or we have to bring stuff from stockroom to the shopflooryou have to do by stairs because we cannot usethe lift.

Stop your politics, be nice, and stop abusing your power! We get it retail sucks and you are stuck in this field but if you are not happy just leave! Loads of mood swings and bullying, this is by far the worst shop I have ever worked at and all down to one manager who was just a miserable evil human being that clearly needs to have a psychologic evaluation and a change of career. Avoided giving staff breaks during 6hour shifts. Do not follow the MANGO handbook! A lot of racism towards the staff of colour. Unprofessional store manager, who mostly used unacceptable language toward staff.

*Other colleagues *25% discount *Store going through positive changes from new manager

*too much interference from senior managers, store runs much more smoothly with little interruption. *last minute changes all the time so difficult to make any plans to cover training, team development. *too many unrealistic expectations to change things but senior managers want everything done perfectly all the time with stupidly small time frames. *no chance to work on feedback areas, numerous times we were told that we need to break floor moves smaller to achieve better results but when we try to we are told it has to be done quicker?!? *very clicky environment to work in, difficult to know whether people are being honest or will speak behind your back *very dated stores apart from new openings which seem to be prioritised over older, bigger stores *staff areas are diabolical, no nice environment to eat or relax on breaks *not enough lockers for staff *not enough focus on people and ensuring people are happy and motivated, too much focus on work work work so everyone works hard but for no reward *unachievable monthly targets
