      Pros

      Working in a smaller store enables you to get real responsibilities. After working there for a few days I was put on tills. I worked there for 6 months and was expected to open and close the store by myself some weekends.

      Cons

      Some of the staff speak very poor English, which lead to miscommunication issues between staff as well as customers on a daily basis. Also this resulted in staff coming across as rude to customers despite not intending to.

      It is a very easy job and you get to interact with all different types of people.

      It is not a high paying job and the store does not get as many customers as others in the area.
