      Pros

      This would qualify as one of the great American companies that makes great products and really values its employees. Employees are highly qualified, and the products are widely used and well respected across basically all industries. There are plenty of learning opportunities such as seminars and training sessions available, not just related work but also about fitness, finance, health etc. Work life balance is amazing

      Cons

      It is a conservative company, and new ideas and features are scrutinized minutely and take some time to come to fruition.

      Great company. High respect for the individual, good salary, great product. Collaborative environment.

      Cons

      The growth is very slow, especially if located in a smaller office. Company is willing to change and evolve but with a very conservative approach.
