Pros

Has a great work culture and all the managers and HR are pretty helpful. Awesome benefits and I am just happy to go to work everyday.

Cons

The role of Engineer in Engineering Development Group feels more like a college experience where one is just trying hard to get into some development team. In this role, you work 50% on Tech Support until some team takes you in as a full time Software Engineer.
