I work on one of the regional offices (not the Natick HQ), in my home country, as a customer facing application engineer. I get to see and talk to hundreds of engineers which are trying to solve some of the world most complex problems, and they look to MATLAB and Simulink to help them solve it. It's really humbling, engaging and exciting, and every two weeks you see something new. All around good salary, benefit etc

Cons

At a small, regional office there is almost no chance for career or new roles.
