Pros

Colleagues are helpful/brilliant. Some dev teams are good.

Cons

Edg managers are worst, few of them are not from technical background. They even won't understand the problems faced in projects. They are hired to coach the new hires, but they require training on coaching process. They forced people to do the projects in the area which you don't like (based on vacancy). Edg review system is garbage, if they decided to down grade your ratings then they will search for some unnecessary reasons. Actually edg managers don't know how to manage people, even from premier Institutes. I have seen many people from iits left the company in frustration as they were forced to do so. Those people are doing really well now. Customer support work is also boring and results in nothing but it's part of contract so can't say anything. In nut shell, very few people get to work in their interest area, few compromise with target area/domain and for rest they downgrade the ratings and create a PIP plan ultimately results in termination.
