Pros

Most people are supportive and importantly asking for help is not discouraged. People are ready to help across teams! Very structured/procedural development process, may seem cumbersome at first, but the value will be clear once you understand and get used to it. Work life balance is good too.

Cons

Depends entirely on team, but, not much work on "cutting edge" projects. While this may be discouraging, rest assured you will be working on real-world problems and have to find new ways to solve them.
