Treated like a human, compensated fairly, healthy work environment and culture, free breakfast and lunch, reasonable expectations, focus on quality over deadlines, private company not beholden to shareholders

Cons

Have to be in office 3 days a week. But it's easy enough to call out for any reason, they don't keep track.
