Very well educated people. Technical front end when it comes to Software You feel the magic everyday Everyone is at the top of their game The senior management is amazing, i trust them like no one else

Cons

Carreer plans are laking, it is goiing from a medium size company to a large one, HR, is one thing which will change: - exchanging people within the company does not happen that frequentely
