Ingrown management staff Resistance to bringing in new ideas from other companies You are considered "the new guy" until you've been at MathWorks at least two years Product development drives new product planning, making new product launches awkward. Great benefits for employees. Great small small perks. You will enjoy working here. Not to forget summer outings every year.

Cons

All teams are not same.Some are too laid back and focus on your work rather than what hours you work for.While some will keep on bugging you for hours you work.
