      -> Amazing work culture -> Work-Life Balance : cant get better than this -> Great managers , especially in code generation area, your work will truly be enjoyable -> Decent YOY salary hikes -> Long term stability - company has solid financials and a great place to work for if you are willing to stick around for the long term.

      Cons

      -> Average/Below average compensation -> No ESOPs -> Almost Nil perks -> No scope for aggressive career growth, everything moves very slowly here compared to the dynamic environment that other Tech majors in the Indian technical/software sector offer.

      Pros

      Great company to work for globally. The company hires some of the best engineers and best minds globally. Good benefits and compensation. Flexible management and they care about your career and success.

      Cons

      Managers can tend to do micro-management sometimes. Employees have to update them every week on your progress. It's ok for entry-level employees, as they are learning but when you have many years of industry experience, i think it's unnecessary. I believe its the company's policy. No WFH atleast pre-pandemic. Hope that will change post-pandemic to align with other tech companies globally. Career progression can be slow in certain groups
