      Pros

      You are impacting a very popular tool that millions of users around the world use. They provide great facilites (gym, cafeteria, etc.), and they provide an array of self improvement course and workshops.

      Cons

      MATLAB and Simulink are very old-style products and the technologies behind them are a bit antiquated (Thought they are moving slowly to the cloud). The team that I worked with wasn't agile, although it was initially presented as such.

      As an employee you would get an opportunity to learn MATLAB and Simulink as you would be using them extensively.

      Cons

      A serious lack of scope to move in to diverse areas. Also, the work environment has scope for improvement.
