-Work life balance. -No bossy behavior seen from anyone. -People are truly happy to help each other. -Opportunity to learn latest technologies. -You will be individual contributor- you will get complete credits all the time! -Benifits like free beverage, wednesday and friday foods, insurance, fitness allowance.
