      Great work / life balance Everyone there is smart and cares about what they are doing They really think about the users of their products at every step Great compensation and benefits Employees are treated very well Management is plugged in and cares about the company, the employees, and the products

      The pace of change is slow Some people find the culture to be tricky It takes a while to feel like you're making any impact as a new employee. Give it time!
