      1. Very chill environment. 2. Best for work like balance 3. Good tech choices.

      Cons

      1. Management is very lazy. 2. People work very slow. 3. Salaries are low. 4. No official increment and promotion process, depends on your manager 5. Still lot of HR processes/pages are in German with no google translate support. 6. Not very expat friendly but they are working on it. 7. No office / team events. 8. No additional benefits.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Family friendly work environment. (Currently) remote-friendly workplace. When you are lucky, you get to solve interesting challenges due to the scale of the company. People tend to care about their craft.

      Cons

      Human-decades of work burned through for some projects without anything to show for it. Very poor analytics department and product vision. Data is rarely used for making decisions and evaluating implemented features. Very political leadership, features and changes are dictated from top to bottom. Following Scrum ceremonies without any actual agility.
