Pros

chill work culture. No strict WFO. no strict office timings However, all the above can change if you have a bad manager Great Office Campus Excellent Food. Lots of options Games, Sports areas in Campus. Perks+ reimbursement of 30k per annum. Great compensation if you are a lateral hire

Cons

less pay than other companies where the employees do the same work (e.g: Google, etc) Very bad and basic insurance provided by company. Top ups are very costly Engineering work is mostly patch work. work is not challenging, and feels very boring. Internal tools have a lot of bugs and no one cares even if you complain. Bad engineering practices. Internal tools are not standardised across the company. less compensation if you don't switch.
