Pros

Flexible schedule: working from the office is great but you can also work from home or a coffee shop, pretty much anywhere you can be productive. Results driven instead of "clock in clock out" driven. TAGFEE is real. Tons of perks such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K/Roth with match, Paid paid vacation, Sick, PTO, Maternity leave, Gym, Internet Stipend, Home office allowance, charitable contribution match, catered lunch and breakfast, fridges full of refreshments, cupboards full of snacks, coaching services. Sarah Bird and Rand Fishkin are both truly inspiring to work with.

Cons

Mozzers can be a bit clickish.

Pros

Moz truly cares about their employees and invests in employee happiness. They have amazing perks/benefits and an entire team (called Team Happy) who are dedicated to making it a fun place to work. The company has an amazing community following and brand recognition which can make it feel like you're working for a huge company instead of a 150 person team.

Cons

While they invest in employee happiness and are dedicated to making it a fun place to work, sometimes people need to feel trusted and empowered to do their jobs over just having cupcake parties and random champagne or drink carts brought through the office. Those fun things are enough to keep some employees happy but Moz has seen some really bright folks who were true innovators leave the company even with all the "fun" perks.
