      Amazing Company with Growth if you Seek it

      Pros

      Moz has been the best company I have worked for in my professional career. There are tons of opportunities to grow and learn as long as you are pushing for it. The company is now back into a growth stage evolving from a fun place to work into a full fledge company. Don't get me wrong it is still a very fun place to work but now also has a focus on getting paid.

      Cons

      Slow to move in most cases. The company made some missteps in keeping a safe war chest for growth which means hiring new heads can also become slow at times. There is also lots of young management which si great until you seek growth or see an issue they have not dealt with in the past.

      Pros

      The people! I love all of my coworkers. My direct team is incredibly intelligent, fun to work with, and inspiring. I love feeling challenged to do better I love working among others who are passionate about learning!

      Cons

      We need more people, but our real estate space is limited for now, I can't wait until the move! I am excited about our senior leadership, but I think we need to gel at the top a little more. Too much candy! Typical growing pains...

      Pros

      Strong autonomy, interesting projects, good relationships with coworkers, plenty of room to grow internally, learning opportunities, remote work friendly, high pay for my field when I worked there.

      Cons

      Overwork, very low respect from corporate, low transparency from corporate, repeated layoffs damaging morale, hollowing out of unique benefits made overall package less competitive, Ziff Davis slowly killing a once great company.
