      Nice People but Anemic Growth

      Pros

      People are friendly and nice. Management seems to care about employees. Really good benefits. Lots of fun company activities. Dogs in the office!

      Cons

      Company is barely growing and most employees seem content with its anemic growth. Great lifestyle company, but if you are ambitious it might not be the right fit for you.
