We appreciate you sharing your feedback and -- of course -- we wish you felt differently about your experience at Moz. We take a lot of pride in attracting and growing high caliber talent. Our people differentiate us and keep our brand strong in a growing and competitive field. We acknowledge that it is sometimes difficult to know the right time to part ways due to performance. We invest in every hire and do our best to work through performance challenges. When those efforts aren't successful, we do not shy away from making tough decisions. When this occurs, we treat people generously and with respect when they leave Moz. As difficult as it is, we're proud of how we handle these situations. We have also made a number of major improvements to our product and will continue to do so in 2018. We're feeling very positive about where we are headed!
