      Pros

      The work is interesting and challenging. Huge fan of the focus on work/life balance; no expectation to work 80 hours/week. Benefits are outstanding. UX team manager is very invested in looking after the team and helping them along in their careers. The company values (TAGFEE) are a solid set of ideals to strive towards.

      Cons

      Has become quite large in the last few years, which adds a bit more overhead to your work day when getting everyone on the same page.

      Pros

      1. Great culture and people. 2. Always learning new things and have access to some amazingly smart people 3. There's a lot of trust and room to screw up and learn from it

      Cons

      1. Launch products with very little market research and wonder why they can't find a market fit 2. Silos within Moz can make communication an issues, but it's usually overcome. 3. There is sometimes a perception that senior managers and executives aren't directing the company in the right directions. I think they actually are, but are just bad at managing the perception.

      Pros

      Pay is fair. Amazing benefits and perks ($3,000 for you to go on vacation each year). Work/life balance is encouraged. Super smart and friendly people.

      Cons

      Teams can sometimes be a little siloed. It can be a tad clique-ish, which isn't terribly surprising since most people are more likely to befriend those who they work with.
