      Amazing Company with Growth if you Seek it

      Pros

      Moz has been the best company I have worked for in my professional career. There are tons of opportunities to grow and learn as long as you are pushing for it. The company is now back into a growth stage evolving from a fun place to work into a full fledge company. Don't get me wrong it is still a very fun place to work but now also has a focus on getting paid.

      Cons

      Slow to move in most cases. The company made some missteps in keeping a safe war chest for growth which means hiring new heads can also become slow at times. There is also lots of young management which si great until you seek growth or see an issue they have not dealt with in the past.

      * Decentralized and distributed organizational structure can seem unorganized, but provides a good degree of autonomy and flexibility for individuals and teams to solve problems in the best way they see fit
