MuleSoft's tech is solid, and customers that use it properly can reap great benefits.

Cons

SF doesn't know how to sell MuleSoft. They think of IT as obstacles to business adoption of the SF platform, and can't appreciate the challenges and complexity of infrastructure engineering.

Sales targets unrealistic. Very small percentage of AE’s hit target. Culture and hiring bar has slipped since joining Salesforce.
