      Pros

      For being a bank the technology is the best I have seen in terms of technology. People is great in terms of knowledge, sharing and humility. Great engineers and better friends. Lots of knowledge to share internally.

      Cons

      Being a bank also means a lot of bureaucracy and over-bureaucracy (if that even exists), lots of MPs and Managers for a project, you will find yourself working on a project with 2 managers (and maybe one scrum master).
