      - Strong relationship with my manager, marked by open communication and effective feedback. - Great team fit and dynamics. - Opportunities to grow within my role, though these efforts are not recognized in terms of compensation)=. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for the chance to learn and build my resume, but when those efforts aren't backed by fair compensation, it starts to feel like I'm being treated as a cheap, expendable workforce rather than a valued contributor.

      Cons

      - Unfair reward structure: I've been performing at a higher level for over 1.5 years, but my last salary increase was only 2%. This is below inflation and has resulted in zero engagement with the company. - Executive leadership's decision to mandate a return to the office was made hastily, with no consideration for employees' personal lives or plans. Despite vocal feedback from employees about the drawbacks of this decision, leadership has shown little regard for their concerns. The CEO’s approach to this situation has been erratic and immature, which has only added to the frustration.
