      Pros

      The work can be challenging and interesting, covering a wide range of subjects. You feel your work matters / you can see the impact it has. Direct peers are great, very friendly, international, and young team.

      Cons

      Culture from the top is terrible, and it's getting worse and worse over the last years. All the people at C-level who cared about employees left. No one's had a raise in years, not even for inflation. They don't staff teams properly, and constantly make decisions against employee interests.
