      Equal treatment between genders - friendly LGBT environment - competent and collaborative team leaders - various corporate benefits.

      Cons

      Unequal treatment between the various departments - excessive pressure to increase productivity which has often led to a decrease in productivity - recruitment criteria for internal positions in some cases not very transparent.
