      - Used to have a friendly remote work policy (RTO is enforced in 2025) - Premium N26 accounts - Good learning budget - International talent with diverse, creative ideas and solutions

      - Badly managed workplace, managers have a big role in everything and they are the bottlenecks, pull their own people down - Fake and pointless OKRs, underreporting - Slow growth, you need to suck up - No reward for speaking up and telling the truth - Average salary, the top management looks at the employees as peasants

      - Competitive salary - Good amount of challenges depending on the are that you work - Never had a problem with the work-life balance - People are collaborative - If you know what is expected from your role and you act on top of it you will be recognised through salary reviews and promotions

      Cons

      - Product priorities change constantly - Some decisions are taken with a very bad timing (e,g.: sub-locating one of the offices floor and months later announcing the end of the remote-first journey) - Often times I feel that the average people are not super familiar with a proper agile environment
