Our Reward team works closely with a number of salary experts and with the market here in Berlin to ensure we are fully competitive in how we pay our staff. Our approach to compensation and benefits is driven to provide fair reward for every role.
Our employees are not expected to work excessive hours. This year we have introduced more flexible working arrangements and extra vacation entitlement to allow our staff to have more time to balance their work and their personal lives.
And with 1,500 employees working in the business, we have a great range of backgrounds and experiences, including those in banking. Thanks again for sharing your feedback with us - we will take this back to the relevant stakeholders and our leadership team.
