      - Fair pay (though could be more transparent) - Opportunities to grow - Team and culture

      Cons

      - Has toxic leaders - I don't think the Workers Council remember they were work upon the best interest of the employees. They have more power that what they can ethically handle.

      Nice, but no growth

      Pros

      Nice work-life balance. They have a rather small set of benefits, but they work. Working with nice tools and competent people. The work environment is also great.

      Cons

      No transparency on salary bands, no salary increases even after working for years and underpaid people. Only way to get one is through promotion (sometimes not even with that) which is a hard and long process.

      Pros

      I would say my experience at N26 is good so far. The company has very talented people and strives for excellence.

      Cons

      Depending on the manager and the segment you are a part of, the experience may be different. The interest of the project may also vary depending on the team in which you work. Last thing, I think performance appraisal is not good and promotion is not based on your real skills and motivation, but there are many external factors.
