      Teamwork, pretty good engineers at least in my team.

      Cons

      Many times I feel like there's a lack of guidance on product. Some product people seem to be kind of disconnected from the product itself, which prevents them from knowing the real users' needs in some cases. Due to the regulation there's a good amount of bureaucracy that we have to overcome. As the time goes by you learn to live with that, though in the beginning it's a bit hard.
