It is a great place for people, especially juniors, to learn and expand their knowledge. It is high-paced, so it is challenging—this could be seen as an advantage if you want to learn how to work in the tech industry.

Cons

Many changes are happening, and management can be weak regarding leadership and values. Some processes do not work as they should (internally), and there is still a lot of improvement to be done.
