      Pros

      Great team, loved the collaboration, willingness to help and work towards one goal. Very dedicated and hardworking.

      Cons

      Very inconsistent decisions from the C-suite, lack of transparent communication. Layoffs with no clear plan what is next. Very little investment in people development. If you are too "negative", the risk is that you are out.
