      Has become extremely political, painfully slow and evolves manly around itself and internal restructuring efforts One of the weakest c levels when compared to similar size and stage

      very few. the only thing I can think of is - well nothing.

      Cons

      The Founders are a boy club of Austrians that only care about the money they will make when the company has an IPO and could care less about the employees. People leave so fast that no one even knows who works there anymore. It is ship that is sinking so fast!!! What a shame.
