      Pros

      If you want to work in tech with a startup vibe and the drive of an establish company this is your place! I can only say great things about N26 and my experience so far has been amazing. From the very beginning during the recruitment process I've never felt so accompanied, listed and welcomed as I've been here. With plenty of opportunities to learn and working autonomously I'm enjoying every part of the journey.

      Cons

      Like any other young company there are processes and policies not totally defined and some additional clarity would be welcome. But I'm happy to see that that's being addressed.

      - Modern technology - Very friendly environment - Right amount of work to do (never done overtime) - Teams have freedom in organise their schedule/work - Good tech culture - Willingness to improve

      Cons

      - for big projects with multiple teams there is some confusion that can slow down the project with late requirement and unclear responsibilities
