      Pros

      Friendly environment, oportunity of internal moves and development. It is finally maturing from a startup to an established business.

      Cons

      Salary was a great positive point but competitor caught up and passed the company. There was no adjustment for inflation in a long time and some promoted employees also didn't get salary raises. Sometimes it feels there is too much micromanagement from the upper management (C-Level) which delays the product development.
