      Lack of vision, empathy and leadership

      - Great flexibility - Salaries are pretty good - Product is actually very good

      Cons

      - The leadership across the whole company is either extremely inexperienced or extremely incapable, making poor decisions that leave anyone with even a decent bit of experience baffled. - You never feel trust in them, rather you always feel they are hiding something (and usually they are) so it feels just like a constant political environment. If you ever wonder how did someone got to be a leader, you connect the dots and realise that they were probably the friend (or friend of a friend) of a higher up. - Your skills and experience are worthless. You see how amazingly talented people is fired while people you wondered "how the hell did this person got hired" keeps their job because they are friends with some big-boss. - Hire people without a clear path and vision, specially a lot of international talent that they relocate, only to fire them a couple fo months later due to budget cuts, endangering entire families constantly.

      great people but zero job security

      smart , cool people, flexible remote work, good benefits, challenging projects and lot of autonomy

      Cons

      hire&fire culture, no job security whatsoever, incompetent leaders (Chief People Officer acts like a politician you would never vote for)

      awesome people and work environment, flexible and fully remote policy

      not easy to get promoted, many restrictions due to the nature of the business and compliance, communication within the company should improve
